Vitec
The Vitec integration provides an efficient method to display property listings on screens. It assists real estate professionals in making property details available in physical spaces, complementing online listing strategies. By broadcasting these listings in commercial or high-footfall areas, the chance of reaching potential investors or tenants can be augmented.
Data is provided as JSON which you can map using JSONPath expressions.
Requirements
- A Smartsign Vitec template data source license
- The Customer ID is required for each individual client (provided by Vitec)
- For Smartsign be able to fetch data from Vitec, a written consent must be sent via e-mail to connect@vitecsoftware.com
- Screens must be able to reach https://realestate-eu.smartsigncloud.net

For security reasons this data source will not work on legacy hardware due to insufficient support for modern encryption standards. Please see Legacy Hardware Support for affected devices.

Limitations
- Limited to fetch 50 properties per request
- Limited to show 5 images per property
- Max image resolution is FHD
